Second HBB-NEXT input paper submitted to ITU
A second HBB-NEXT input paper was submitted to ITU by IRT. The contribution was presented at the autumn meeting of the ITU-R Working Party 6B at Geneva, Switzerland. “Hybrid broadcast broadband television (HbbTV)” elaborates on HbbTV as a means for interactivity in over-the-air usage (22.10.2012).

HBB-NEXT lecture for STUBA’s “3rd age University”
This presentation in the Slovak language was given by Pavol Podhrasky of STUBA in the framework of a lecture in STUBA’s “3rd age University”. This specific branch of STUBA is a two year course for the elderly population. The presentation focuses on the user and application layer of the HBB-NEXT architecture model (multimodal interface, multiscreen environment and portfolio of HBB-NEXT multimedia services/applications) (25.05.2012).
